Registration & Payment
Full payment of $65 per student is required at the time of booking to reserve a seat. Registration is not complete until payment has been successfully processed. Class capacity is limited to a maximum of 40 students per scheduled class.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Students must cancel or request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. This advance notice allows the released seat to be made available to another student.

When a student reschedules at least 24 hours in advance, the payment may be transferred to another available Defensive Driving Course date.

For an eligible cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance, the student may choose to receive a credit toward another available class or request a refund.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund or class credit. A new registration and payment will be required to attend another class.

No-Shows
Students who fail to attend their scheduled class without providing the required 24-hour notice forfeit their registration payment. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or class credit and must register and pay again to attend another class.

Refund Processing
Simplest Life Solutions LLC will initiate an approved refund within three (3) business days after an eligible cancellation request is received.

Requests received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be considered received on the next business day for purposes of calculating the three-business-day processing period.

Once the refund has been submitted to the payment processor, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in the customer's account. Processing time after submission is determined by the payment processor and the customer's financial institution.

Emergency Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances involving a serious or unforeseen emergency, Simplest Life Solutions LLC may, at its sole discretion, permit a student who would otherwise forfeit their registration to transfer the payment to a future available class date.

Emergency exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis, are not guaranteed, and do not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Attendance, Late Arrivals & Required Course Time
Students are required to complete the full 360 minutes of instructional time to qualify for course completion and certification.

Simplest Life Solutions LLC maintains a strict on-time attendance policy. Students must arrive on time and return promptly from all scheduled breaks.

Class will not be delayed or held for late students. Delaying instruction for a late arrival or late return would be unfair to students who arrived on time and could interfere with completion of the required instructional time.

A student who arrives late or fails to return from a scheduled break on time may be unable to complete the required 360 minutes and therefore may not receive course completion credit or a certificate. In that situation, the student must register and pay for another class.

Live Zoom Class Requirements
Students registered for a Live Zoom class must keep their camera on during all instructional portions of the class. Cameras may be turned off during scheduled breaks.

Students must return from breaks on time with their camera on. If a student's camera remains off when instruction resumes, Simplest Life Solutions LLC may consider the student absent from the class. The student may be removed from the session and, because the full 360 minutes have not been completed, will not qualify for course completion or certification. A new registration and payment will be required to attend another class.

Zoom access information will be sent to the email address used during registration approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Students are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring that email before class.

In-Person Classes
Students registered for an In-Person class are responsible for arriving at the designated class location on time. The location and applicable arrival instructions will be provided for the scheduled class.

The same 360-minute attendance requirement, punctuality requirements, cancellation policy, and rescheduling policy apply to In-Person classes.

If Simplest Life Solutions LLC Cancels or Reschedules a Class
If Simplest Life Solutions LLC cancels a class, registered students may choose either a full refund or transfer of their payment to another available class date.

If Simplest Life Solutions LLC reschedules a class, students may transfer their registration and payment to the new date or another available class date. If the rescheduled date is not suitable, the student may request a refund.

Policy Agreement
By registering and paying for a Defensive Driving Course, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these registration, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, attendance, and course participation policies.S
