Life Coaching and Business/Startup Consulting

Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching or consulting appointment should provide at least 24 hours' notice.

When at least 24 hours' notice is provided, prepaid amounts may be transferred to another available appointment or refunded, as applicable.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and customer no-shows, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by Simplest Life Solutions LLC.

Services that have already been fully performed are non-refundable.

Defensive Driving Courses

Defensive Driving Course registrations are governed by the separate Defensive Driving Course Policies presented during booking. Those policies contain the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, no-show, refund, and course-completion requirements.

Notary Public Services

Notary and mobile notary services are governed by the separate Notary Public Service Policies. Completed notarial services are non-refundable. Separately disclosed mobile travel/service fees, facility charges, cancellation terms, and no-show provisions apply as described in those policies.

Cancellation by Simplest Life Solutions LLC

If Simplest Life Solutions LLC cancels a prepaid service before it is provided, the customer will be offered rescheduling or a refund of the applicable prepaid amount.
